NABUFIT Global, Inc. Closes Equity Purchase Agreement with Kodiak Capital Group, LLC

On May 22, 2017, NABUFIT Global, Inc. (“NABUFIT” or the “Company”), (OTCQB:NBFT), an online fitness platform for health and well-being through physical exercise, nutrition, and lifestyle, announced that it has entered into an Equity Purchase Agreement with Kodiak Capital Group, LLC, a Newport Beach, California-based capital provider.  The Company has agreed to file a registration statement with the U.S. Securities & Exchange Commission (“SEC”) covering the shares that may be issued to Kodiak under the terms of the Equity Purchase Agreement.

La Jolla Village Welcomes Kodiak Capital Group

Kodiak Capital Group LLC, an investor in publicly traded companies, has chosen 1262 Prospect St. for its new San Diego office. According to its website, Kodiak Capital Group was founded in 2009, and is an operationally driven private equity firm that partners with management to make non-control equity investments in lower middle market businesses.

Kodiak Capital Opens Office in La Jolla

Newport Beach-based Kodiak Capital Group LLC, a fund manager for venture investments into publicly traded companies, has opened an office in San Diego, the company announced recently.

 

“The expansion is intended to help Kodiak more effectively meet the financing needs of additional public companies and potential acquisitions for its current public company portfolio in the burgeoning San Diego market,” the company said.
