Benjamin Esk

 

Mr. Esk is serial entrepreneur with a breadth of experience in the health care industry with a focus in the medical device and diagnostic arena. He has been involved in multiple start ups and has a distinct experience in business development, product distribution licensing, and sales and marketing strategy. Mr. Esk has held multiple positions within the pharmaceutical, medical device, and biotechnology diagnostic industries.  He was a regional sales manager with KOS Pharmaceuticals which was acquired by Abbot Laboratories for $4.1b. Most recently he was responsible for global training and development for a division Johnson & Johnson. Mr. Esk holds a degree in business administration with a concentration in marketing from the University of California.

Cuatro Tolson

 

Cuatro Tolson has worked in the finance industry for over 15 years with particular focus on international private equity, investment banking and asset management. As of 2013, Cuatro has been focused on capital procurement and investment banking activities providing advice and transactional services to corporate and institutional and family office clients.
Prior to working with Tigre Capital, Cuatro was a regional director at Dimensional Fund Advisors, where he was responsible for product development, client services, marketing and sales focused on the global marketplace. In his role, he oversaw the creation and development of structured financial pension solutions for large corporate clients and financial advisors in the Netherlands, United Kingdom, United States, and Australia.
Prior to joining Dimensional in 2010, Cuatro worked for over 5 years for a boutique investment bank called Integrated Finance Limited where he worked exclusively with upper management to raise money for a startup financial service solution called SmartNest, developed by Nobel Laureate Robert C. Merton, which was eventually purchase by Dimensional in 2010.
Previous to his employment with SmarNest starting in 1995, Cuatro worked for CableVision, S.A., a portfolio company of private equity firm Hicks, Muse, Tate & Furst, based in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Cuatro worked in Argentina for over 4 years before returning to the United States to compete his master’s degree in Business Administration.
Cuatro holds a BA from the University of Texas at Austin in business economics and Spanish, and an MBA from the Thunderbird School of Global Management with a focus on Spanish and the Southern Cone. Cuatro holds a FINRA Series 7 license.
